Campsite couple Languedoc-Roussillon
As of season 2016 it is also possible to work as a couple in the region Languedoc-Roussillon. Languedoc-Roussillon (often called "the Languedoc") is a coastal region in southern France, extending from Provence to the Pyrenees Mountains and the border with Spain. The area is a major wine producer, with Vin de Pays d'Oc and sparkling Crémant de Limoux among its best-known varieties. The regional capital, Montpellier, is home to a well-preserved medieval quarter.
The job of campsite couple in the Languedoc-Roussillon
On your “own” campsite, the two of you will face the exciting challenge of making sure our guests enjoy a carefree and hospitable camping holiday. You’ll be living and working together and are responsible for the Selectcamp accommodations, from chalet tent to luxury mobile home.
For 6 days a week you’ll be dealing with the day-to-day work activities of cleaning and replenishing the Selectcamp accommodations. In addition, you are the first point of contact for our guests regarding questions, comments and complaints; you are both responsible for check in, check out, the daily reception shift and the guest rounds. You’ll be working under the supervision of the regional manager who pays regular visits to your campsite. What’s more, you will maintain regular contact with the booking office of Selectcamp regarding last-minute reservations and/or booking amendments, as well as keeping close contact with the campsite itself.
You are a team with a real passion for hospitality and experience in the service industry. You possess a flexible attitude, good communication skills and are both excellent listeners. In addition, you have an excellent command of the English language and preferably one other major European language (German or French).
