Selectcamp is looking for troubleshooters for on our campsites in the south of Europe. You need to be available from May or June until the end of the season. We will let you know shortly before departure to which campsite you will be going. Flexibility is one of the most important skills that you have to poses as a troubleshooter.

As troubleshooter you are;

together with your team, 6 days a week, responsible for:

  • daily cleaning of all checked out accommodations and ensuring all inventory is complete
  • processing the Selectcamp administration
  • checking in and checking out Selectcamp guests
  • performing reception shifts and guest rounds
  • answering questions and handling complaints
  • working closely with the campsite staff and management
  • preparing each Selectcamp accommodation for the winter during the disassembly period

As troubleshooter you have;

  • a high deal of flexibility
  • good knowledge of English and preferably also French and/or German
  • to be capable to think in solutions
  • no obligations at home

As troubleshooter you can;

  • communicate well
  • act in a guest-oriented way
  • be flexible
  • listen well
  • work well in a team
  • be responsible
